The Strong Island Angels were created in 2023 by Marquis Richardson & Shawn jones with a vision to bolster the female flag football presence across Long Island. Female flag football is the fastest growing sport in the United States and we strive to provide our girls with the skills, confidence, and knowledge of the game to help take them to the next level. As the game continues to grow we look to become a driving force behind it.
